1. Website Access

To access some areas of the Website you will need to create an account. You may not use anyone else’s account without their permission. You alone are responsible for all account activity and for your password security. You must notify Chief immediately if you suspect unauthorised access of your account. If you do not notify Chief we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising.

If your registration information is not complete, current or accurate your account may suspended or terminated and you may be denied permission to use the chieforiginals.com website.

You must not collect or use any Personal Information including account names, email addresses or other User Submissions (stated below) from the Website, nor commercially solicit to any of our members or users.

2. The Chieforiginals.com Website

The T&Cs apply to all users of the Website. Chief has no responsibility for, or control over, content on any third party websites to which the Website is linked and has no liability for any losses or other issues arising from the use of third party websites.

Equally, Chief has no responsibility for any materials or information posted by users. All content posted by users is entirely their responsibility and is not endorsed by Chief. We assume no liability for the accuracy or quality of this content.

You may not abuse the Website by knowingly introducing Trojans, worms, viruses, logic bombs or other technologically damaging material.

3. Intellectual Property & Submissions

All content included on chieforiginals.com is the property of or licensed to the Company and is protected by international intellectual property laws. This includes artwork, logos, images and other material (the “Content”). You may not replicate, alter, reverse engineer, distribute, reproduce or offer for sale or resale any part of the Company’s Website, trade marks or products without the Company’s prior written permission. The Company will remove any submission that is offensive, unsuitable or which infringes the copyright rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone breaching these T&Cs.

Chief reserves the right to refuse any Submission which does not exactly meet the T&Cs of submissions as stated specifically on the Website.

Users of the website retain all ownership rights to their Submissions. However, in submitting designs to Chief users are permitting the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display the Submissions on the Website and in any other media. This licence ends when the user requests that Chief removes the Submission from the site.

Users posting comments and images on the Website are entirely responsible for these Submissions. Any Submissions deemed offensive, libelous or defamatory, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarised will be removed. Chief reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Liability

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Company does not accept liability for any errors on the Website and has the right to change information, images, specifications and descriptions of any products or services.
